Hi, I’m Jessica
Most of my clients come to me burned out. Disconnected from their bodies. Running on fumes. They've built impressive things—careers, businesses, lives that look good from the outside—but at a cost.
We work together using the body's intelligence to strip away the performance, the proving, the pushing through pain. The intelligence is already there. We're just clearing away everything that's gotten in the way of hearing it.
The path forward is actually backward—shedding the layers of should and striving that have buried your deepest knowing. Coming back to the wisdom your body has held all along.
My methods are deeply somatic, and they're also evidence-based. Research shows that mindfulness and movement create the most durable improvements in stress resilience and cognitive function—which is exactly what we cultivate together.
